Position Summary
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with organizations and potential clients, and managing ongoing client accounts and partnerships. This role supports the firm’s growth by helping secure projects, maintain professional relationships, and ensure clients receive a high-quality experience throughout the engagement process. This position is ideal for individuals interested in business development, consulting, sales, account management, client relations, or strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
Project & Partnership Development
• Identify and research potential clients, organizations, and strategic partnership opportunities aligned with the firm’s services and industries.
• Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, and networking opportunities to introduce Brickers Consulting Firm services.
• Assist in generating leads and helping secure projects for the firm
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities.
Account Management & Client Relationship
• Build strong, professional relationships with clients and partner organizations.
• Serve as a point of contact for assigned accounts and maintain ongoing communication throughout engagements.
• Coordinate follow-ups, meetings, and project-related communication between clients and internal teams.
Strategy & Firm Operations
• Partner with the CEO on operational decision-making, firm structure, and organizational planning
• Represent the firm professionally while communicating the company’s mission, process, and values to potential clients and partners.
• Assist in identifying new partnership opportunities and market expansion strategies.
Reporting Relationship
The Business Development Manager reports directly to the CEO.
